Unhappy Front brakes are noisy for a few minutes

Hope someone can help me,

There is a noise like the brakes have rusted on for a few mins when the car is first used even after a run and then left stood for only 30 min to 1 hour.

The pads are fine they have about 7mm left on them the disks are polished on the outside but have patches of rust on the inside, and the offside disk on th inside feels rougher than the nearside disk.

Jacked the car up off both wheels and found that the wheels are quite hard to spin and dont spin freely, feels like there is something binding now and then when turning them.

There is also a noise which sounds like the bearing is dry is that the cause of the problem?

They clutch pedal has just started sticking halfway down too. How do i take the dash to bits to find the master cylinder top up?

Any ideas or things to check would much apreciated.
