mark 1 clio brakes, the differences

on my clio mk1 1.2 i have the solid 12mm thick discs and lucas calipers.

what would be the implications of being able to fit at the very least a 1.4 vented brake conversion, so same disc diameter, just with the 20mm thick vented discs or ideally the brakes from the 16v, the 258mm diameter ones. the reason for this being that i want to do a 16v engine conversion in the future as my clios shell is 100% mint, and i want to be able to have a wider choice of performance aftermarket brake discs to upgrade to when the time comes.

Do the 1.4's use different hubs than the 1.2's, obviously i know i'd have to change the calipers but what else would be necessary?
