Rear screen heater problem - *fixed*
Having wasted an hour or so removing panels etc in order to try to locate the cause of my Kangoo's rear screen heater failure, I found that one of the screen terminal strips had simply become detached just beneath the connector with the heated element. After some juggling with my trusty penknife, I managed to retrieve the female part of the connector and reconnect everything.
So, fellow Kangoo owners, before following the Laguna mob and removing panels etc, check first to see that both terminal connector strips are actually connected at the window. You don't need to remover any panels to do this, but a penknife and/or long nosed pliers might come in handy as you reach into the hole to grab the disconnected connector.
