Just seen this thread and though mine is a Scenic, had similar issue every time I have replaced pads.
Bleeding the brakes sorted it, usually only on the end that was changed.
Not sure why but can only assume that when pushing (or winding) pistons back, some air got in.
Seems worse on rear pads.
Only car I've ever had that on so don't think it was anything I did wrong.
Bleeding is normal three pumps and hold pedal while bleed nipple is opened and closed..... pipe, jam jar and clean fluid in it an optional extra if you are particular about where lost fluid goes
