Hi there, this happened me years ago with my 00 laguna1. It happened mine because I filled it with petrol with the engine turned on. Like your situation the fuel warning light was on and the voice synthesiser was after speaking before i pulled into the petrol station. Turning on and off the car didn't solve it.
I believe I had to drive untill the fuel level was low again (ie fuel warning light triggered, even though it was already). Once i turned her off and filled it with petrol again it sorted itself out.
Did you fill the car with the ignition on or the engine started?
