Thanks for the info guys, i need my car for work on a daily basis so im going to have to get one ordered. Still think its a bit of a scam, i dont doubt that they are individually programmed, its just the price. Its cheaper to buy a BMW key! Obviously it wouldnt work.
But one other thing....
The daft little metal key that unlocks the passanger door, wouldnt you have thought they would have designed it so that when that key was turned it would trigger the central locking. So now my car is totally unlocked except for the passanger door! Have renault done some market research and discovered that car thieves only attempt the passanger door?
Just as well you guys dont know where i live. lol
