Another correctly coded key from Renault is about £140.
Getting your local Renault dealer to change the battery in your current key will be less than that, but there is a possibility that your current key might be on its way out.
If you're worried about the battery in your current key dying then unlock the car manually with the key, but you will have to deactivate the immobiliser with the by pointing it at the roof and locking then unlocking the doors.
Like I said before, get the battery changed forst - I'm sure that will fix it
