Clio - what type of drum brakes??

I have a 1995 M reg clio 1171cc and i need to replace the rear drum brakes,however i understand there are to different types((bendix type & girling type))how do i know which type is for my car?the manual does not say.and is it really neccacary to replace the hub nut with a NEW one??
