Hi Neil - from memory all the drums are the same -it just the inners that are different. Unfortunately you not know what make the inner components are until you remove the drum. Yeh it is wise to fit new hub nuts as that is all that is stopping the drum and hub falling off the car. Don't fit the new one until you are sure the brake repairs are complete. Many decent motor factors will let you have both types of shoes and cylinders on a return basis as long as you don't destroy the packaging, etc.
