Im no whizkid mechanic but in all honesty with a bit of common knowledge found it quite easy.

Using a 16mm socket remove bottom bolt and stabiliser bar

Using same socket remove the 3 bolts holding on the plate around the bush

Unclip the handbrake cable and ABS sensor wires form their holders

Pull the beam away from the chassis and insert tool over bush

Using a 24mm spanner and a 24mm socket wind out the old bush

Keep going until it is fully out

Ensure new bush is correct by comparing to old one

Reverse the tool to re fit the new bush in place

Keep going until all the way home

Slide the beam back under - re fit bracket with 16mm socket

Re fit long bolt through centre of bush and stabilising bar

Clip up the handbrake cable and ABS sensor wire.

Stand back and take pictures for the forum lol.

Can I do this if I put the lag rear end up on a couple of 2 ton ramps or does it need a pair of trolley jacks?

Edit, I'm beginning to think this was a dumb question

ps tool is down to 75 and bushes 30 from jpr on ebay . Got quoted 250+vat again today... thanks very much!
