Renault Laguna 2 - Deactivating Rear Child Locks

I have bought a used renault laguna II and rear doors are locked, so nobody can open it from indoors. From outside the doors can be opened. My instruction manual is in French. I have translated it through babel-fish web site. There is written something as: "open the door, make swivel screw 4 (using a standard tool flat screwdriver) and close the door. I have tried to do it, but this screw haven't turn neither left neither right. This screw is plastic, and it doesn't look like flat, but it has some weird shape so I am afraid to push harder.

Is there a solution for this problem?

thanks Sinclair
