No, you cannot just push the inner ring back into the bearing.... someone with similar issues last week tried that last week and his wheel almost fell off on the motorway.
It needs a new bearing pushed into hub.
The two rings (plus the needles in the middle) form a solid assembly that can rotate but not slip apart unless Renault have done something particularly clever... which I doubt.

Please don't take this the wrong way but maybe it is time to call in expert help as you are struggling.
Doesn't need to be a mobile mechanic if you have any family or friends who are handy with spanners.
The systems aren't difficult as such but are safety critical, you do not want to fudge them.

No idea of costs, it can vary by area so shop around.
Ask neighbours, friends, family for any recommendations, helps avoid cowboys.
