Sorry, I should have made myself clearer. I meant the graduated series of lights on the digital fuel gauge (not guage as I wrote in my first post - a silly typo) rather than the low fuel warning light.
I think the digital gauge works well, but it does mean that when I drive, I pay too much attention to when the lights go out, and fret when I get just a few miles fewer out of the first light, as I have done with the Pirelli P3000's.
Incidentally, the economy has suffered a bit, but the wet weather grip is much better. Horses for courses, I suppose.
