It is possible to repair a loom, you will have to replace the section of wire that has broken, either by using a soldered joint(which is the best way), or by using crimp connectors, (which is the easiest), might be a bit difficult though as the looms are all made to a car specific size, and are installed well before all the interior is fitted, so it will be very tight and probably won't have much room to manouvre it about.
