The trouble is most Mechanics/Technicians don't really know how to communicate properly with the general public.
Company's spend time/money training their staff to deal with the technical side of things but very little on how to deal with customers and in todays environment where customers want an explanation/reason for why their car is showing a fault or even why they are being presented with such a large bill ...........................
