Body work, does it have to be welded

Although I have now got my laguna I have also got a J reg 1.1 ford fiesta which was involved in a crash (not my fault) replacement parts include:-

The strip of metal at the front underneath the bonnet, which has all the car identity plates on just in front of the radiator (if you know what I mean)

Passenger side front wing

New foam/plastic bumper and the metal bit underneath it

Now what i want to ask is instead of getting new/second hand pieces welded on to it would it be possible to bolt them back on using bolts and
anti-vibration nuts to pass its MOT?

Thanks Richard!!
