I'm a young driver ( got my licence 1 year ago) and I'd like to buy a car so I can start doing part time delivery (4-5 hours) to support myself during uni.

Should I get a Renault Clio second generation hatchback 1.2 , 1.5 petrol or should I get a Megane hatchback second generation 1.4 or w/e engine size instead? This is a really big deal for me and I'm looking for reliability (as this will be a part time delivery car) and a good mpg. Thanks!

Honestly, in your position i'd get a Focus/Fiesta. Reliable, easy/cheap to fix, all mechanics know them inside out. Renaults can be wonderful cars, but they can also do your head and wallet in. I'm glad I had a Puma while I was at uni!
