Heres a bizarre twist, if you go to the Pierburg website (they make the
valve) it will tell you that they do not recommend cleaning the valve for risk of damaging it, however, Renault warranty will reject a faulty valve if you do not try cleaning it first, they have issued a tech note showing how to clean the valve, int that wierd!
