4 speed auto, DP0 / AL4, isn't regarded as a reliable gearbox. I read somewhere that's because it was designed for smaller engines and lighter cars, than Sc II. It's said that
overheating is common & almost nobody changes it. A friend of mine had his one rebuilt this year, cost about 700£.
Ton the other hands the six speed one, Aisin-Warner (AW 80T or something like that) is said to be almost foolproof, but AFAIK
it was paired with most powerful engines only.
