Nothing do with your servo, brake pads have rusted and are not moving freely,.
Your slides that allow the calliper to move, these could also be seized,.
When you release your brake pedal, the piston returns slightly, but if the calliper slide pins/brake pads have seized, or sticking, then one of the brake pads is still pressing on the disc.
Your brake fluid will also need changing, as the heat from the sticking brakes will have caused the brake fluid to boil.

I think, aesthetically, car design is so interesting - the dashboards, the steering wheels, and the beauty of the mechanics. I don't know how any of it works, I don't want to know,
