AFAIK same vehicle and parts, just slightly larger cabin.

Not noticed window issues with newer cars but give them chance

To me the big difference between Scenic/grand scenic IIs and IIIs is the electronic hand brake.
On the IIIs it is motor modules on each caliper and doesn't (yet) seem to be showing as a problem.
Gawd knows what the cost of a caliper change would be but hopefully at 40K, not got to worry on that.

Don't forget to factor timing belt change into your pricing, 50K or 5 years though seems Renault are saying 60K or 6 years on some models.
