I dont know TBH, I wimped out and got my mechanic to do mine. It was leike £30 for 7 flushes full coolant change on 60/40 mix, Tested thermostat and temp switch so I was happy with that!
The easy way it to let the car try and bleed itself as there are so many bits for air to get stuck.
As the expansion tank is the highest point, after running the engine (pressurised) When the engine is cool, Gentley open the expansion tank car and the air works its way up. You can hear it move!
Or drop it to a local garage, Its not a long job. I couldnt afford to get it wrong as its our Only car and I needed to do 120 miles a day at the time!
