. Even so, I'm going to get in touch with them myself to put across my point of view.
I think it's outrageous that Renault declares itself not responsible for trim wear after 12 months - age doesn't have nearly as much of a bearing on wear as mileage, and the fact that my car has covered less than 15k miles means I expect the interior to be spotless. Especially as the previous owner was Renault UK!!!
