You don't have to get the wipers,brakes or number plate from the dealer. I would also get a second independant opinion on the brakes,some dealers ( every make, not just Renault) are renowned for telling you you need new brakes when you don't.
I know it is probably more convenient to get it all done at the same time, but just by getting these jobs done somewhere else will probably save you a fair few pounds. None of these items will affect your warranty! Possibly brake pads/discs may need to be genuine parts but the others certainly don't.
