As my name suggests I travel a lot between France and the UK. I have a French Kangoo with kilometres only on the speedo. Travelling at night from Plymouth to "up north" gives me about 360 miles of chance to try the Sat Nav speed out. After a year I'm quite happy now to travel to the speedo readings from the Sat Nav and I have never been flashed. According to the authorities as you leave Plymouth docks 70 mph = 110kph. Try this and you are in for grief, it should be 112 kph, not a lot of difference but it gets you tailgated. With Sat Nav I now run at 121 kph and have passed police cars with no problems. Basically I use the 1.7 times table! 20mph = 34 kph etc!

Currently in French Chemist's garage:
Kangoo 4x4 + Mondeo
