Torque is force times arm: T= F x a
Assuming bar length is 0.6 m and weight of a person is 800 N (80 kg x 10 for most practical purposes), 480 Nm can then be achieved by fitting bar perhaps at 30 degrees angle above horizontal and apply your full body weight to its end.
Torque becomes 0.6 x 800 = 480 Nm when bar is horizontal.
If not horizontal:
T = F x a x cos ***945;, where ***945; is final angle between bar and horizontal.
