For a mk1 Clio..?

Apparantly there is a place on the passenger side of the bulkhead that can be drilled through to pass a power lead from the battery to the interior. Personally, I just tucked it under the bonnet and through the passenger door - not ideal, but can't be seen from outside. Make sure you cable tie/tape the lead down in loads of places.

You could attach the ground lead inside the boot where the rear lights bolt on, make sure you scrape away some paint for a good connection.

Some people advise that you run the signal and remote lead down the opposite side of the car to the power cable to prevent interference - I managed to take it out the back of the centre console, run it above the pedals in the driver's footwell, then tuck it under the carpet, pass it through the back seats, and to the amp.

If your 6x9s aren't going to be powered by the amp, you can cut the speaker wire that goes to the current rear speakers (if they exist in your car), and use them.

Hope this helps a bit, might be completely useless if you have a different car but oh well.
