Go to a different garage and get a quote.
All of those items have standard labour hours available.
And any decent garage will have a reasonable idea of how long each should take anyway.
So minimum someone ought to be able to do is quote labour price plus parts.
The can get parts pricing on a phone call or online search at someone like GSF or Eurocarparts.
All of the jobs are bread and butter to independent garages, nothing that requires dealership expertise.
Someone not quoting sounds like they want to make you commit to a blank cheque.
Don't do it, shop around
