A stricter test must mean that there are a few less "sheds" on the road than you see over here. But in saying that there seems to be far less older cars on the roads now than there used to be generally - that or it's just my mind playing tricks
Definitely chased a lot of the sheds and buckets off the road - no bad thing either. They now have mobile Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cams going at some of the hotspots so the chances of running with no tax, MOT cert or insurance is reducing rapidly. In addition to that there has been a crackdown on mini-cabs.
