Can you elaborate a little? It sounds like you should be asking RCS to refund your costs.

Do you know what make coils you have?

Did you ask your dealer to ask RCS for funding the replacement?

BTW, changing only one will lead to its paired twin twin going belly-up so they should have changed two or even four if they are the dodgy ones. So expect the same thing to happen again soon.

There are threads on this forum about coils (especially V6 Laguna) that make very useful reading. Try a search and get the good advice.

Mine were all replaced FoC eventually, the last two at 28k approx.
