I have an INITIALE
and have had problems with the ESP sensor, which is actually linked to the fuel pressure sensor and this warning appears first and than says ESP faulty.
I have this changed by a Renault Dealer and then the car went from bad to worse and eventually the problem was that water was getting into the fuse box and this was the cause of my 3 replacement card readers and new
located under dash on passenger side of vehicle, new fuel pressure sensor and steering lock sensor.
As water leak not fixed by renault, vehicle now shorted out, caused electrical fire in the wiring and car back at renault waiting their advices.
My model is a 2002 estate.
I would say 1st thing check for water in the main fuse box located in drivers side of dash.
