Unhappy Brake hose not sealing to caliper - Clio MK2 Rear Disc

I removed the brake hose from the caliper, but now when I reconnected it, it leaks fluid. Are there any tricks that I'm missing? The pipe feels loose in the nut even when the nut has reached maximum tightness.

Everytime I look online for information about reconnecting brake hoses to calipers I find people discussing banjo fittings with compression olive rings, but clearly this is nothing like what I have here.

Is it possible to disconnect part D from part F (the fatter rubber looking hose) and replace section D? It does not look clear whether connecor E can be disconnected and reconnected.

It is a Clio MK2 100bhp DCI (2005) with rear disc brakes.

If anyone could help me with terminology so I can better explain to a mechanic or motorfactors what parts I require that would be great thanks in advance.
