Your link is of the standard type flexi pipe that some models use. Most likely for body to axle.
Your brakes need a flexi near the caliper to allow caliper removal without disturbing the brake lines.
If you can get hold of a new pipe nut, you could try winding it in to the hole a few times in the hope it remakes the original thread.
It might allow you to get your nut back in straight.
Not much else you can do.
Don't bodge anything to do with brakes, it ain't worth the risk.
