If you have space and a couple of friends I would put it in gear and push it ten or twenty yards. No electrics on, just to get the wheels and engine rotating. This might help you identify any potential problems. Take the plugs out if necessary and drop a teaspoon or two of
in each cylinder. When you eventually get the engine turning over (try this before you put the plugs back) replace plugs and start it up gently. Rusty disks will clean themselves if they are not too corroded, but don't drive the car until you are happy that they are fully functional. Clutch may also need freeing.
It was hard getting over my addiction to the Hokey Cokey, but I've turned myself around and that's what it's all about.
