No it's a manual handbrake which seems to work OK.
ok found a few hints on forum
you really need the tool that winds back and applies pressure at same time about £22 from motor factors
AND this is very important!!
handbrake OFF and de-adjusted to allow pistons back - or better still disconnect cables from calipers - the slightest application of hand brake can stop piston going back and may damage mechanism
brake fluid reservoir open (cap off) and place rags to catch any excess fluid forced back or remove some with a syringe / turkey baster IF already full.
if abs fitted its better to open bleed screws and re-bleed after as ABS pump can stop fluid travelling back
