in essence, very similar. I will spend some more time writing in detail - the main difference is;

that i loosened the top bolt on the damper (easier to get to) - i think you need this to get the lateral movement on the beam.

The three bolts on the bracket need loosening - not removing.

On the left hand side, disconnect the haedlamp levelling arm (on xenon models) and be very careful with the brake lines.

Overall, I still can't believe such a modern car has its whole rear suspension relying on two plastc cups!!! - good luck when you change them - it will be a massive difference
