Glad I was of help!

I only replaced my Philips/Renault CD player because it got a bit temperamental (Like it's owner!) when the car got damp in the colder months (kept getting a error message on dash screen) - maybe it was the CDR's I was playing, it seemed it had a job finding the beginning of the CD - but I don't only play CDs in the summer!

The CD player just played up in the cold!

(Sits in a box in my shed now!!!)

Good luck with the installation - you should just need a set of the standard pins for radio removal and 10 mins later you should be all set! (I trust it comes with the code?)

In the manual, it does advise to disconnect the battery before installation, but I forgot! - Nothing happened though!

Hope you get pleasure from the new CD player!

(I find it's excellent to cover up all those nuisance generic rattles & squeaks you get on the Clio - especially the rattling sunroof!!!!)
