You will need to find out what diameter the hub center is in comparison to the clio. I have Momo Corse Black wheels on my Megane and they are fitted with centering rings with a 60.5mm internal diameter. You may be able to get different centering rings from a Momo stockist if the Laguna hub is bigger than the Clio hub. You will also need to check the offset (ET) of the wheels. This should be stamped on the wheel usually on the inside near to the hub. There is an offset calculator on this site:

There is also a tyre calculator to work out closest tyre circumferences if you are using bigger or smaller diameter wheels.
