This works on a 1999 laggy

Under the drivers seat pull back the carpet to reveal a lidded compartment, open this compartment and working from the rear foot well on the right is the sigma alarm box, it is held in with two screws. Carefully remove it and locate a two pin black and white wired jumper somewhere in the wires coming from this box. Remove this jumper and you will disable the power sounder and thus the beeps when you arm disarm.

Best I can suggest.
