Re: Megane MK 3 Side Skirt removal/Replacement

Hmm skirts ,sills n mouldings

The polish 'sideskirts" are fibreglass stickons made using the original plastic "world series"/ renault accessories sideskirts n front and rear spoilers as a template.
The meg 3 sills themselves arent really bolt on/off afaik ,might even be a cut and weld jobbie
Youre covering up dinges on the sills/lower body panel edges?

Mouldings..the original plastic strips low down on the doors?
If its a coupe(like my sig) ,you undo one bolt at the rear of the door ,slide the whole plastic moulding back a couple of inches and lift off.
The rear doors on a 4 door its something similar.
The rear strip on the coupe is a bit of a sod to get off (for a non pro like me)
Its held on by push clips .
If your'e good you may be able to reuse them :
I had to buy new ones about 50 p each at renault

Currently in coup's garage:
RM III coupe 1.5dci FVT,Audi TT Mk1 ,a bike and too much rubbish.
