That is true, but it probably would've needed an electronic handbrake module, and a couple of window regulators... (and I'm MUCH happier with bodywork)

It's swings & roundabouts, the car hasn't let us down, even fully-laden on our two most recent european excursions, and we've got a biggie in late Sept/ early Oct - Italy!

I'm pretty-sure someone has been filling my joints up with broken glass, as although I was NEVER supple, I feel more brittle than ever.

So I feel your pain, and totally sympathise with you. (it's not easy, getting old, and refusing to accept it)
