Hello and welcome to the forum.
The easiest thing to do would be to get the MOT station to adjust the aim and set it to the right height.It only takes a few seconds to do and most MOT stations that I know of would do it for free!.Is that all the car failed on,and if so,it's strange that they didn't adjust it and pass the car anyway.....

tell me about it i live in Ireland now use to live in London took me car there to a nct center mot to you waited a round and guy tells me it failed on the dip beam was to high and i need to go for a re test for a fee of ***8364;27.50 damn i was ¤¤¤¤ed have you a manual on how to do the fix
