You could try swapping the wheels around to see if this makes any difference. This might rule out a warped/damaged wheel/tyre. Heavy braking would amplify any wobble due to this. Otherwise, as DD says, check for wear in the driveline and suspension. Finally the only item you haven't changed is the caliper. Have these been replaced properly, guide pins lubricated and not sticking, and with the correct pads fitted.

It was hard getting over my addiction to the Hokey Cokey, but I've turned myself around and that's what it's all about.
