Yes, both discs, I always replace them in pairs.

Apologies if this thread is a little old but i'm in the same position and just have a couple of other questions that relate to this.
Grand Espace MKIV discs presumably are replaced in the same manner but does anyone know the socket size to get the hub nut off? Also, as they are one use only, can you get replacements at general motor factor shops or just from a dealer? Finally, what is the torque setting when replacing the hub nut?
I'm stuck between doing it myself or giving it to a local garage to do. I do fix most brake issues myself but it could be less hassle to let them get their hands dirty on this.
