Re: parking brake accident

but dont forget a lot of Reno's behave like a Clowns Comedy Car, the slightest bump and all manner of things fall off or suddenly go wrong!

half the time you dont even need a bump to set them off

is the car fitted with an electronic automatic handbrake system ?

did any warning lights flash up on the dashboard at the time/after ?

did she stall the car at the time of the accident on impact ???

there might have been a power cut-out/surge (the batterys inbuilt safety circuit may have tripped momentarily) which may well have fried the electronic handbrake/ABS system.

its a real posibility???

the bodywork of modern cars will absorb a lot of kinetic energy at low speed impact and quiet often the exterior may look fine but the front mid crossmember and crush blocks on the inner bumper will have taken the impact and deformed a noticable amount.

there is no way of rulling out that there may have been a power drop & surge at that time that has affected some electronics systems and without a black box recorder there is no way to proove one did not occur.
Currently in mord's garage:
The CreditCard Holes sooo DEEEEP NASA have put up warning signs about a black hole on the Driveway: update, the driveway and home have fallen in...
