Brake Issues!

I have recently had lots of work done on my 2002 Clio 1.5dci including the replacement of the rear left break cylinder as there was a crunching/grinding noise when breaking.
It was fine for a couple of days then the noise came back! I took it back to the garage who cleaned up any remaining fluid that may have leaked and again it was fine for two days then the noise came back!
Has anyone else had this issue? The noise stops once the cars been going for a while but I know there must be something up with it...!!??
It's going back to the garage on Friday but I'm losing faith
