New clutch and now hand brake not working properly

Just had new slave cylinder and clutch and now the hand brake doesnt dis-engage when you 'pull away' you have to manually tuen it off.

Have they messed something up?
Currently in thunnisett's garage:
Scenic II, 04reg, 1.6l petrol Expression
