Hi. As Leroy has already said, check the pistons. More the rear cylinders. You can usually tell when you take the drums off. If its all wet then Replace both rear cylinders, shoes and give the drums a dam good clean with either brake cleaner (usually in an aerosol) or something similar. You dont want any oily residue on the braking surface.
As for your fronts, I f you feel vibration in the brake pedal then more than likely your discs are warped. Replace both the discs and pads and it will cure it. Also, make sure the slides move freely when you have the calipers off and where the backing plate of the pads slide along the caliper carrier, give them a good clean with a wire brush.

Yes, it does seem like the rear driver's side cylinder is leaking. Just had one replaced on the Laguna a couple of weeksa ago. Anyone know if the Espace uses the same cylinder?
