Torque settings/tighteness for rear brake caliper bolts? Renault Grand Scenic 2

Is there an official torque bolt setting when refitting the 2 rear brake caliper bolts?
If a torque wrench is not available should the bolts be extremely tight or just tight.
Can the tighteness ( or lack off) affect performance or safety of the caliper performance.
