01 Kangoo brake problem

I had to change my both front discs and pads as they were worn.
On the left side the inner pad was much more worn than the outer pad.
When i took of the old pads they felt very stuck and i had to use some force to get them out. (All 4 pads)

When i mounted the new pads, they also feelt a bit stuck, but maby that is normal??

I took it for a test drive after the brake change, and it feelt normal.

Re: 01 Kangoo brake problem

Hi. I had the same problem. After cleaning the runners in the callipers the pads were still sticking. A light file down of the pad "ears" that run in the grooves cured the problem. Not too much or they will chatter. Check the wear pattern on the inside and outside of the discs if new and it will show you if the pads are fully engaging. Cheers.
